What is a Land Registry

A Land Registry Lease Plan is a drawing which shows the extent
of the lease and any common parts or rights of way within the building
or grounds. To be compliant it must be drawn in a specific way and
have the requisite information on it.
Since 2003 the Land Registry has required a Lease Plan to be included
when they register a new lease of over seven years and also in other
specific circumstances More....
The Land Registry also requires a plan when they register a new title.
This is a Title Plan showing the extent of ownership of a piece of
land and needs to be included when unregistered land is registered
for the first time, at the point of sale.
