When you request a quote we will get back to you the same day providing a formal quotation that gives the details of our service and dates of the site visit and supply of the plans as well as the costs. If our quote is accepted a qualified surveyor will visit site, please let us know if the visit is sensitive - do you want the occupiers to know why the plans are being prepared. We will let you know if any unexpected issues arise and how these could be dealt with. The plan will be drawn up using Computer Aided Design [AutoCad], then emailed to you as a PDF file and four A3 paper copies will be posted. If there are any alterations needed to the demise these are free for 30 days.
